Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Times
As a dropshipping business, our products are shipped directly from our manufacturing and fulfillment partners. Estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 7–15 business days
- Canada: 7–20 business days
- Europe: 7–20 business days
- International Orders: 10–30 business days
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, holidays, or carrier delays.
Order Tracking
Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Returns
Due to the nature of our dropshipping business, we do not accept returns for reasons such as:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Personal preference
- Delayed delivery caused by shipping carriers
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@akjewelrylove.com.
Include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item
After review, we will provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
Lost Packages
If your package is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier, we will either send a replacement or issue a full refund.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued for:
- Defective products
- Damaged products
- Incorrect items received
- Orders confirmed as lost in transit
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
